Does OkCutie ship outside of the US?

We have a list of goals we are working towards and shipping internationally is one we aim to accomplish as soon as possible. But for now to make sure we are able to provide our customers with smooth service, we are only shipping within the United States until we get details worked out with customs. We will be sure to announce when we make this change!

What is the return policy?

Due to sanitary purposes, OkCutie's products are non-refundable and non-exchangable. However if you receive our products and they are damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.

How do I get in contact with OkCutie if I have questions?

You can scroll up to the top of our web page and select the menu at the top left. Then select "Contact" and that will direct you to email us. You can also direct message us on our Instagram. We do our best to check our messages daily but please allow 48 hours to receive a response.

Why do your nails take longer to apply and remove than other brands?

We aim to offer "salon alternative" at home manicures. You wouldn't rush your manicure at the salon, so don't rush your press ons! Our unique application and removal process was designed to minimize air bubbles under your press ons, lifting edges, and damage to your real nails.

How long do OkCutie's nails last?

With proper application, our nails can last up to three weeks! You can find our recommended application process on the back of your nail card that comes in your kit when you order or on our Instagram page.

How do I use the Bond Breaking Removal Serum?

Our serum works by breaking down the chemical bonds in our custom formulated Adhesive Gel nail glue. This means for the remover to work, it needs to come in contact with the glue. To do this, take the wooden tool in your kit and find loose edges around the cuticle of your press on nails. Apply the serum generously to these loose edges and let it sit for at least 5 minutes. Repeat until the nail comes off gently for a damage free removal.

When will you get new designs?

We are constantly trying out new designs and aim to steadily expand our store. We plan to keep a classic line of favorites that are always available and a rotation of fun designs that come and go. We would also love to hear your thoughts on what you would like to see in our store next so let us know on Instagram what you think!
